This week on Out from the Inside, I’m joined by my sensational, sensuous, sexy and super-smart friend Barbara Carrellas!

Barbara is the author of Urban Tantra, Sacred Sex for the 21st Century, Luxurious Loving: Tantric Inspirations for Passion and Pleasure and the soon-to-be- released Ecstasy is Necessary: A Practical Guide. In addition to being a Hay House author, she’s a university lecturer, workshop facilitator, sex/life coach, motivational speaker and theater artist. In short, Barbara is a force of nature and you are going to love hearing what she has to say about the infinite realms of sex and your spirit.
