Imagine learning the lyrics to your favorite song in another language. The melody is the same, the rhythm doesn’t change, but suddenly you have another choice about the words you use to belt it out. “Nació de esta manera” still means “born this way”, but when I sing it walking down the street in Acapulco, Spanish speakers understand more of what the crazy, singing out-loud on the street lady is joyfully wailing about.

That’s what it feels like for me as I meet and connect with others who are engaged in spreading the message of love and acceptance that we talk about every week on Out From the Inside. We are all singing the same tune, but our words are a reflection of our backgrounds and philosophies. Each voice is special and speaks to segments of our community in different ways. Throughout this incredible journey, I’ve learned that singing your song in your own unique way reaches out to the audience that is intended to hear you. One of my greatest pleasures is bringing varied voices to the radio show to add to the chorus of our communal song. In an inspiring example of that concept, this week, I am proud to have Reverend Jennifer Hadley as my guest on the show. You’re going to like her language. A lot!

Rev. Jennifer is a licensed Agape Practitioner, a Spiritual Counselor and Intuitive Spiritual Therapist. She works with Light Workers and entrepreneurs who’ve been on the spiritual path for a while and are looking for clear activation steps to launch them into a whole new level of awakened personal success.

Here’s a quote from her bio- “Rev. Jennifer, whenever possible, likes to be referred to as Rev. Sexy Pants.  She loves brown M&M’s but does not like the blue ones.”   This is an Out From the Inside kind of woman and you’re going to love her and the enlightening spin she puts on the principles of spiritual philosophy.

Reverend Jennifer is also the co-founder of Project: Service L.A. along with Jesse Brune, who will be joining us in the first part of the hour. You may be familiar with Jesse from his appearances on the Bravo TV series Workout. Check out his website for more on Jesse’s work.

Project: Service L.A. is a unique, fun and lively transdenominational community that holds it’s Sunday services in a bar in West Hollywood. My kind of people! This video will give you an idea of the lively conversation we’ll be having on Wednesday. Join us for a fun hour of enlightenment and inspiration.

In the interest of full disclosure, you should know that the show was actually pre-taped last week because I will be out of the country for the rest of the month. So guess what? Not only can I tell you that I THINK it’s going to be a great one, I already know it will be! Mark your calendar and tune in. The next two weeks are guaranteed to be some of the best episodes of Out From the Inside we’ve ever done. We laughed, we cried, (but mostly we laughed)… you get the picture.

As I prepare to leave for the Experiencing the Miraculous Tour with Dr. Wayne Dyer, all I can think about is returning in July with the 411 and the awesome details about the trip. I can’t wait to get back and connect with you and share the pearls of wisdom that seem to magically fall from that man. I’ll likely crawling across Europe on my knees gathering them up to bring back to you. Stay tuned!

If you are a Tweeter, please follow me on Twitter. (@karenmcrocklin) I’ll be posting updates and photos from the trip there. Have a great week and be sure to tune in!

Love,

Karen
